April 22, 2015: It's Pearth Day Two Thousand Fifpean!

Dear Diary,

One thing I like about living in America now is that you celebrate every holiday in the world and no one questions it. Every day is speacial. You just have to decide why. Today is really speacial because it's it's Pearth Day Two Thousand Fifpean, and I love the pearth.

Pearth Day reminds me of the time that Sean and Fiona and Rissy ordered t shirts with my face on it but I ended up looking like a globe. Pretty globular shaped like I am, and green and worldly, like I am, but also camouflaged with continents. I don't think I am camouflaged on a day to day basis because I peafer to stand out like the star that I am:

I guess it is true though that the globe is like a giant pea, and we are all members of this peacosystem, so that's why we should care about sustainapeality and peacycling. It is a big old shame when peaple don't think about it. 

By the way, if I were big enough, diary, this would be my peacycle:

Green Pea Cookie Cheesecake Recipe

INGREDIENTS

Crust

  • 2 cups of crushed green pea cookies (1-2 boxes of original green pea cookies will do depending on how thick you would like the crust)
  • 1/3 cup butter or coconut oil melted (liquid form)
  • 1 bag of Guittard semi sweet chips (not needed if you purchased chocolate dipped green pea cookies for your crust!)
